I Came to Keller Williams Plymouth in May of 2004 and had the pleasure of being part of this family since almost the beginning. We had approximately 19 agents and have grown to almost 100 agents since....and even though we are growing at a fast pace...there is still that "family" feel. People going above and beyond helping their fellow agents thru support, training and networking to help each other advance in their business.
The training is the best I have ever seen. There is a Career Development Committee that is working together to make sure that every agents' needs are met as far as training, and that they are kept up to date with the latest technology. There is also a Camp 4:4:3 (4 listings, 4 sales in 3 months) which was developed for new agents and experienced agents that want a boost in their business that has really proven to be a "step above the rest" great class.
I have also been a part of the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) since I came here and have seen 1st hand how hard our agents and leadership has worked together for the benefit of their agents! We have committees for Advertising, Special Events, Finance, Technology, Training and Recruiting so we can be on top of the competition and in turn gives the agents great information and state of the art tools for the benefit of their business.
I was impressed with the KW model....family first (jumped out to me)....I make my family come first....and believe in the importance of being well rounded. I think my business has really grown and so have I.
I really enjoy being involved with the training and technology...this is the first company that has allowed me to get involved to this extent which in turn, I believe, has helped my business grow!!
