Way back when Keller Williams Realty
became what it is today, the decision to share profit was made to reward the
agents that help the market center grow. Naturally this growth increases
commission income and profit to the office. This is strictly voluntary and
takes very little time away from your primary job...listing and selling real
estate. Most of the agents in your current office are there because of
another agent referred them. Same thing applies here except we recognize
the importance of this growth and reward you with a percent of our profit for
the rest of your life and beyond (you can will your profit share to your
spouse/kids, etc.). In 2006 alone, we shared 52.3 million dollars with our
agents nationwide!!
