Capped Franchise Fees:
We have a franchise fee like most full service franchises. The difference
with Keller Williams Realty, is we cap them at $3,000 annually. Unless you
have a capped franchise fee system, you are most likely paying a LOT of money
for things you do not use. At approximately 1.7 million in closed
production, your franchise fees disappear until the beginning of your next
commission year. At that time, you begin paying 6% again until you have
paid in $3,000 and it disappears again. Do the math and you will be
surprised (and maybe even a little sick) at how much you are paying to market
the brand name of your franchise. Our brand is you and we want to give you
