Agent Leadership Council - Unlike most Real Estate offices, Keller Williams Realty not only shares profit with their agents, but we listen to them. Not a popularity contest or pretend position, our Agent Leadership Council (ALC) is made up of the top 20% of our agents in commission dollars earned. Our ALC look at our books each month at the monthly ALC meeting and discuss how we can be more profitable, how we can better train and consult our agents and what we can be done by all of us to help our agents succeed. Each agent has one vote, as does the Team Leader (Manager) in deciding most issues that affect the office. This body makes a lot of the decisions that normally are made by the owner/manager in the traditional office. You truly have a voice in how the office is run.
